Good stuff, good prices but 30 minute wait in line ? INSANE. Do not use the drive through if you can help it. The wait is crazy INSANE!

Friendly staff, decent prices and occasional discounts/loyalty rewards. Wish they would figure out what they want to do with renovations already they have changed the way you enter 3 times in the last like year but just do your best to follow the signs haha

Theodore rang me up this past Thursday (on station 6) you all have one helluva employee with them! Best conversation, learning and just great vibes! I could have stayed talking honestly. Every time I come in I always feel like more than a customer. Your staff is amazing, have always been so kind, helpful, and great great peeps. Amazing deals and discounts. Thank you!

I went through the drive thru tonight and there was one car in front of me. That was great luck. My order was ready when I got to the window. And as always the products were top notch. The customer service representative was friendly and helpful. Thank you

sold me a busted 2g briq vape (the coil stopped working a few days after opening). bc i bought it over a week ago so i was hoping i could bring it in and they could see that it’s mostly full and do a partial credit but nah, $90 down the drain and a terrible first impression, grow west would never do me like that (they’ve never even sold me a busted cart in the first place) so i won’t be returning and i suggest you search elsewhere. prices are higher anyway, now that grow west is open later i’ll never be back good riddance 👍 going 2 stars bc the KK i bought from them was good EDIT: 1 star because i’m not the first person that’s experienced this. figured since i usually buy more carts and dispos than i need that this was a unique problem but nope. will never return, grow west or ill take a tbreak
