I was a regular here for over a year. A few nights ago, I purchased a live resin cart. When I tried it later on, the cart had leaked which turned the silicon yellow, and the cart was clogged. I called ASAP the next morning, and was told I could exchange it. I bring it into the store, and then i’m told they have to test it. The manager tests it and all he says is, “no it works fine, try another battery” he kept cutting me off and had no interest in what I had to say. I take it back home and just give it another try, still nothing. So i call back hoping to speak to someone else, because regardless it still leaked. I end up speaking to the same person again, except they decided to yell at me, gaslight me, and make me feel like i’m wrong for just trying to get the product I purchased. “Sorry you feel like your cart leaked” is what I was told, and was spoken to so condescending. Finally i’m told I can call the company, and when asked if thats what I was doing the MANAGER hung up on me. The company after I called them, took one look and said “yep your cart is faulty” and sent me a credit. Why was that so difficult? Thankfully, the staff I dealt with when redeeming my credit was completely kind and understanding. If I could give certain people at this store 5 stars, I would. However, I will be going to Remedy now, because I don’t need to be screamed at or called a liar if I have an issue with a product.
