On January 20, 2026 I was helped by Sandy. See this is important because I suffer from bad anxiety and have never felt comfortable enough to ask for help at Rise because of how busy they can be. Sandy made me feel comfortable. This person was so easy to talk to. Answering all my questions and just such a calm and easy person. This employee deserves recognition. I don't usually leave a lot of reviews, but a particular employee was so helpful and patient, I have to give credit where credit is due. Her name is Sandy, and I cannot speak highly enough of her patience, attention, and knowledge while helping me decide which products best suited my needs. I hope to always be fortunate enough to have her when I visit. If it's been a while since she's had a raise, in my opinion, she is MORE than deserving!! ❤️

Second time here and had sandy! Awesome person/budtender overall! I recommend her for sure but especially if you knew and trying to figure out what you like and works for you! She will break everything down for you and explain it to you! She basically builds a profile for you! She is the only person I wanna see when I go there!
