Story Cannabis Dispensary Hyattsville

I’ve been coming to this dispensary regularly since 2024 and today was extremely disappointing. I was banned for the second time, and both times the staff checked my file and said they didn’t see anything on it and didn’t know why I was banned. That makes absolutely no sense. I shop here all the time, spend my money here, and have never been given a clear explanation or shown any reason for this treatment. Being banned with no answers, no documentation, and no accountability is frustrating and unprofessional. Loyal customers shouldn’t be treated this way. Today was the last time I’ll be coming here. Very disappointed — this is sad.

Eddie was PHENOMENAL! Very good customer service. The prices were EXCELLENT. He was honest and did not try to upsell me on anything just because of strength or brand. It’s clean in there and I asked a million questions. I favor cathedral street in Baltimore and did not think I was going to have a good experience here. But I did. I will be returning. Highly recommended for veterans. A lot of these reviews are super Petty. You cannot please everyone. There will always be issues particularly when it comes to Weed. DC isn’t a place to get easy nor comfortable acess. Many places have been raided or out of compliance (unfairly). Story gives you acess and locality. Much Respect.

New video lines are out of control. Express online is backed up for no reason I always order online because I want to come in pick up my stuff, pay and leave. I wish it only took 5 minutes like other dispensaries. But at this dispensary they can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 35 minutes. Sometimes the walk-in line moves faster than the online Express line. Which I don't understand and what is the purpose of Express if it's not express

Totally Disappointing! My visit to this dispensary was a nightmare! I was charged for 7 grams, but I received just 3.5 grams. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I feel completely cheated. I won’t be coming back here!
