I had a wonderful experience at Verilife with Laurel as my cashier. The process was very simple. I placed an order ahead and arrived at the store. My ID was scanned by security at the front and then I was admitted into the the storefront front area. I waited in the queue and was called up by Laurel. They asked me if I found everything I needed an asked if I had any questions. Then we have a lovely conversation about the store and about how it was my first time in Laurel then showed me that they had some items on clearance and showed me a very good deal on 14 Gs. I selected the deal and there was a system error that a manager was able to quickly resolve. The computer had charged me extra for the product and the manager quickly stepped in to help Laurel resolve the issue and gave me $30 in store credit for the overcharge. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality products and wonderful customer service.
