I worked with Jennice today and had an extremely good experience. Not only did she take notice to my not so great day, but she also made sure she did her best to turn that around in the short time I was there. She offored products for my stress, and was a listening ear for the momment. I always appreciate Jovas nice atmosphere but having warm staff like Jennice, make it 100 times more worth it to come here.

When I tell y'all... I moved from my dispensary home location. To the Temple Hills MD area. I googled a dispensary near me and found this place. About 5 minutes away from my home I went today and was VERY pleased with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in the guy light skin with glasses I did not get his name but was very very attentive. To MK that won me over for sure!! She didn't even judge me by the way I looked 😭😂😂😂 Cause I came in today on my off 'incognito idgaf face' day🤣🤷🏾♀️ MK explained everything to me from the days and specials to even setting my account up. I appreciate great customer service. I'm a Bar manager myself and VALUED getting the same service I provide others. You guys have a Gem with her! Thank you ALL🫶🏾

I've been coming to this spot for at least 2 years and one thing I can say about JOVA they never disappoint they are always kind, friendly, they always got everything that I want and need. Top-tier when it comes to explaining everything to me because I always have questions lol. Very respectful, they also have amazing Security with such nice personalities. I love how they ask do I need anything else or have other questions. The staff is amazing with such great acknowledgement of all the products, the facility is clean, have the remodel it looks better than before. Jova is my top-tier dispensary of all time in Maryland!!! Please go get you some asap .
