The Apothecarium Dispensary of Nottingham

Terrible service!!! I purchased 3.5 grams of flower which WAS harvested back in April, after realizing the buds were tremendously crunchy an old I requested to have it switched out or if I could receive a credit! I wasn’t provided with any consideration a was sent out an told to call District Cannabis. This is robbery an all dispensaries should be fine when selling Anything that has been sitting in a vault not properly stored for over 3 months… I’ll quit before I let ALL these dispensaries steal my damn money! Disgusted!

Caught these guys inflating there normal prices on black friday. I buy the same thing everytime and its the same price every time $80. Checked the black friday deals and my usual vape was now marked down from $130 to make it look like a great deal. Just playing in your face over there. Also if you ask you about veterans discount they act like youre tryna rob the place. I have a real ID with veteran on it and the manager told me I need my DD214....yeah no. This is more a shot at that guy than the bussiness tbf

Have been going to Apothecarium since it was on Harford Rd and have never had a poor experience. Staff is always extremely friendly, they prioritize medical patients, and they always have great sales. I love the store so much I drive the 30 minutes it takes to get there!

They’re really into giving people a hard time! The GM rang me up as “adult use” even though I gave the girl at the front desk all of my medical information . He admitted fault and allowed me 30% off my next order. So next visit I attempted to use said discount , I called first to be sure I could use it on the item I purchased ! The woman spoke to the manager , the manager said I could not choose that item because it was already on a “high sale” that they would match it with a lower saled item. So I placed the order online for said item! Went to pick it up and there were no notes on my account for the initial discount nor would they let me use it on the item because it was “legend” brand . EVEN THOUGH I CALLED!!!! Needless to say I left with nothing . So now I’ve had my wallet stolen. I called to ask if I can use the temporary license the MVA gave me , I was told no. That I need to show a military ID or a passport as well as the paper LMAO. THIS HAS GOT TO BE A JOKE! Health for life took it just fine for me over the weekend . So I guess I’ll stick with them. Apothecarium is into giving people a hard time & the staff aren’t all on the same page when it comes to things !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

came in to pick up a late night order, only my second time with apothecarium and I have to say the customer service and kindness is unmatched. A very handsome gentleman whose name I failed to catch helped get me my online order and expedite my check out so I could hop back in the car and get home to relax with my new treats. Customer service with a smile will always go unmatched I’ll definitely be returning again.. 😇
