High Profile of Buchanan Dispensary

Absolutely loved my experience at High Profile. I'm 59, and most budtenders are 1/2 my age especially when I travel to from my home in DC. Gigi immediately greeted me with a smile and became my concierge of cannabis. She expertly recommended four strains based on the sativa leaning flower I get at home. We picked some disposable pens for an upcoming concert. She even asked what band I was seeing, so she could dial it in even more. When I asked her, "what must have in the store I should never leave without?" She brightened and grabbed two of her favs. Love when someone shares the joy of giving others joy Gigi is a sommelier in a world full of budtenders. We call it "Dispensary drive" in Buchannan, but High Profile is absolutely a can't miss. Great waiting area, and a no-fee credit union right next door. You can tell High Profile understand the people matter as much as the product. Amazing experience.

The best dispensary in all of southern Michigan. The customer service is excellent. Each team member I’ve worked with has treated me like family. Each member is very helpful and knowledgeable about products. I can’t recommend high profile enough. I keep coming because of the customer service I receive each time. Their team is locked in. Hats off to the front of house staff and cheers to good management. Shoutout to Corey for hooking me up this time around, I appreciated the cool energy he brought with him.

First time here. Very nice, welcoming, friendly, clean, informative, and professional experience. Would recommend and will be back.

First time visiting from Illinois. Place order. Got several notifications email and text. When I arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful and not soo FAKE COMMERCIAL. Even the inside is nice and open . Not like in Illinois where it feels like a DMV or prison intake. Priced were insanely low. ? Example $50 1oz cart vs $9 with a higher potential. 50% less tax than Illinois. Plenty of parking. I noticed some people like to park way behind building and not front. Best part. Being able to link your bank account with no physical card to a [PayPal like] service is even a great perk. You can use a C C. Not in Illinois. I bought quite a bit but eventually be back. (Limitation is hush hush and they may split order in 2 but you can be ordering truck loads. Lol)

My wife and I love going to High Profile. The bud tenders are so nice and knowledgeable. Bud tender Bob is a great salesman! He made sure that my wife and I were aware of all the great deals that were going on, and a humorous attitude helps for a good time. We'll definitely be going back again, and next time, we're bringing friends! 5 stars!
