I was greated by smiling faces and was shown the deals and things I ask for. Got all I wanted and a few extras. Great team and fast to fill my order. I was using the weed map app and you guys were not listed in the Gaylord area. Might look into that and maybe get more customers.

They post sales on their website that they won't honor in person. I went there with the mail out coupons that are not actually coupons according to the budtender, but rather a form of advertisement for their regular sales and deals. However, the website had a few brand carts on sale 15/$99 and I was denied that deal. Probably just another uneducated budtender more worried about hitting his commission than he is worried about what the customer is actually saying. For clarity: the coupons were supposedly always a house deal, and not an actual coupon hence how the manager "got me a deal" without my use of the coupon. He didn't do anything but his job. Lume carts were not the carts I was interested in, and I would've paid $99/15 on drip carts. That's why I asked specifically about drip carts. The only confusion was whether the coupon pertained to drip carts, which they don't because they are not coupons. It's a small misunderstanding, but let's not pretend selective hearing is phenomenal customer service either. He probably just got a commission off the house brand, he obviously didn't want to make any money for the company.

Great deals and excellent service for as busy as they were. Would of been nice if they had more employees working. But like everyone else they probably had all the employees they have working. Although the wait was long they were friendly and cheerful 😊
