Went to exclusive again today and Kyle my bud tender took great care of me! Got me the best skunky gassiest bud he could find! Told me about some amazing deals going on and made sure to have me spin the wheel cuz I spent over $50! I can't wait to come back in a few days! 5 stars all the way! We had a bit of an issue during our last visit, but the manager Jake and our budtender Drew handled it like absolute pros. They went above and beyond to make things right for us. The vibe in here is always amazing, and the customer service is top-tier. Thanks for looking out for us, guys! 10/10 recommend!! Best spot in Grand rapids to go I drove from the board or Indiana to come here amazing people!

Ethan was exceptional. Very knowledgeable. I preordered, but when I got there I changed my mind a little, he didn't seem to get frustrated, had a great sense of humor about it all and helped me with my decision. Came back a few days later and Jennie helped me. Again, very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service.
