If I could give a 0 I would. I've gone in this place before great service. But the Internet isn't working and won't accept my address and when I cal twice now they refuse to take my order over the phone. Which is lousy customer appreciation. I guess because many go here they don't care how the customer is treated.

Switched my pick up order to delivery, couldn't get another ride up and I'm medically barred from driving. Was told at 10:50am that my order would be delivered before I left for work at 2. Didn't happen, but that's life. My partner then placed a delivery order for drop off between 4pm-6pm, waited until 7:45pm, then after calling the store multiple times to get through, was told that his order was canceled because their order volume was too high? How is that good business? How can a company cancel an order and not inform the person who placed it? They told him he could pick it up tomorrow, like thanks for telling us something we obviously know. How does that help us, or acknowledge the poor practice? If you're disabled, they will not accommodate you or help you. The only people who matter are the ones who can pick up.

Allison is such a gem 💎 — she’s very efficient in getting people their orders as quickly as possible. She’s very knowledgeable on each brand and their products and carries a can-do attitude! She’s such a cute soul with an upbeat, calm and sweet persona! It’s safe to say, I love her and the great customer service she has provided me throughout the years ever since Pure has set foot in New Baltimore! THE DEALS GO CRAZY ! Lindsay was AWESOME ! She was spot on with her hospitality & smile. Very sweet personality! She hooked me up with some of my longtime favorites and a couple new ones to try. Overall this place is pretty cool & I was in and out. The reception worker was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend if you’re out this way.

Visited Pure Cannabis in New Baltimore for the first time after a recommendation from my son, and it was a great experience! They have a huge variety of products, so there’s definitely something for everyone. The staff was super cool and really knowledgeable, which made the visit even better. As a new customer, they gave me a free pre-roll, which was a nice touch! I also thought it was awesome that they offer discounts for veterans—big respect for that. They seem to have regular weekend sales too, so I’ll definitely be back to check those out. Highly recommend Pure Cannabis if you’re in the area!
