Normally I leave happy idk what happens the last few times I’ve come there , not to be sexist but I like the male bud tenders bc they more patient and kind and don’t have such short fuse came there today got the wrong shyt half way home noticed it and I was treated like I was begging or something I’m not a broke bish by any means lol 😂 so I don’t appreciate my experience there today tender didn’t even listen to what I was saying and was not much help she acted as if I was in the way the one thing I asked for ig she did not hear me lol how idk but she was more worried about my phone ringing like mind your business idc if I’m buying 10$ or 110 or whatever bottom line is I’m a try find the stuff elsewhere hope I do so I don’t have to come back

Good spot, good concentrates. Prices are good with deals on wax. Reefer good. They have a good choice but the variety of that choice is limited.. ex. They have a deal on Peachy 3g's for 100$ but four choices of peachy are only in eights and only twp varities of one gram. Not just for a day, but weeks. and it seems like its always the same stuff they restock from suppliers.. i got a Logistics degree... maybe you need outside eyes to help the growth and maintain that need feeling.. make them need Greenstem, not want it because their wait line is smaller. I like it there. But i want to Love it there.

Always been content and happy with my product from here, and I usually love the service I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I don’t know if today’s Lady was maybe new or something but she treated me like I was absolutely new customer in which I am not so I did not appreciate her rudeness but other than that great place to shop But I do wish there was like a separate section for people who order online and are trying to be in and out you know not take all day or just simply need to keep moving because our order is ready to go. We have our money out and we still have to wait for people that are in there still picking. It’s not a long wait though usually. I recommend this place to all my friends. I come probably every week or two

Kristina at reception set the vibe for today’s visit right away. She was super friendly, gave me an approximate wait time as they were a bit busier, and informed me about the ATMs being down temporarily in a kind way, even offering recommendations on ATMs nearby to ensure that I could still pick up my order with minimal hiccups. Despite the lobby being a bit busier, she handled a rush with grace and was super friendly with every single guest. Budtenders were very quick with guest turnaround, but the process didn’t feel rushed once. Getting to the back to pick up a mobile order today, I was helped by Spencer. When I tell you that he is THAT GUY… Spencer is so friendly, gives great recommendations, and knows his product. I have my go-to purchases, and any time I come in he informs me of new varieties of products I enjoy. Of course, I added some bonuses to my order after being informed of a sale that I couldn’t miss out on. That was JUST today’s great experience. I’ve been helped by Brandy in-store previously as well. After multiple trips, I have nothing but kind things to say. Brandy is an example of awesome customer service and incredible knowledge about vendors, and the quality of the same strain across different brands. I have zero shame telling my friends “when you go in, ask for Brandy to be your budtender!” At Green Stem the entire process is full of incredible people, and they won’t let you miss out on deals on great products either.

Hands down the BEST dispensary in Niles, MI! We used to go there regularly when we lived nearby but now we stop in whenever we’re back in town visiting. Ordering online and picking your order up makes things super easy and the staff are always very helpful.
