Lume Cannabis Dispensary Petersburg, MI

I loved this store. Absolutely ADORED this location specifically and went nowhere else. Their stock for some reason is now awful, everything we like is not available and they have no clear idea if/when the items will be back because the associates apparently aren’t told what will be coming in till it arrives. Now today I look and the Petersburg location is the only Lume nearby with terrible stock and no decent sales. I didn’t even want to write this but after sending an email last week and getting a patronizing reply from one of Lume’s customer service workers (NOT from the Petersburg location) I am about done. These products aren’t for my enjoyment, they’re for my depression and anxiety and it makes things difficult to not be able to obtain them.

I wasn’t having the best day and the second i walked in everyone was so kind and so helpful! I cannot remember my budtenders name, but i want to shout her out for picking me up on a down day without even knowing me! She was so quick and knowledgeable as well. I have been coming here for years and for as long as im in the area, they will always be my go to 🤩

It’s always clean, fresh looking inside as well the parking lot. All the employees smile, greet you with enthusiasm. Price is comparable but offers nice coupons/discounts. Wish it was a little closer to me.

Great place to visit. There shop is nice, you can see all the products they have. Never have o ever had a bad item from here! They have a great rewards program and make you feel appreciated. Associates are always friendly and helpful. I live in Alabama, stay in Ohio when I visit and this is the k ly dispensary I go to!

I forget the name of the person who helped me (Morgan maybe?) She had glasses and blonde hair in a braid. But she was super helpful in helping me understand gummies and explaining the differences and choosing what I was looking for. I really appreciate the one on one experience especially as a new customer unfamiliar with the products. Thank you!
