Jacob was outstanding!!! . This was only my second time in here and both times I left with way more knowledge than I had before I crossed the doorway . I had a really great experience at RISE thanks to Joe T. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such a cheerful and positive attitude that it honestly made my day a little better. He was patient, friendly, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and easy. It’s rare to meet someone who truly enjoys helping people, and it really shows with him. The store was clean and welcoming, but Joe’s vibe is what stood out the most. Thank you, Joe — keep being awesome. You made my visit feel personal in the best way.
