Honest review! I was a customer with Pure for about 3 months, faithfully! I spent a lot of money in this establishment and the staff was awesome for day 1. They made the whole experience personable and after about a week they’ll remember you. Great people they definitely get 100% there. My issue though and the reason for the 3 stars and review is because today I went in to make a quick purchase and was denied. Now I was denied because the system they use for transactions on the Internet, decided my last transaction was invalid because the money came out of my account a couple days later then when I purchased. Now I’m assuming, since the transaction completed a day after the purchase they at one point they thought I disputed the transaction or something. I showed the staff the completed transaction and that my bank had to retry the transaction before completing. All well and good to have errors, but to say, a customer can no longer make purchases until they correct error between your Pos system and a bank is crazy to me. Especially after they show proof the transaction went through and the customers a regular and never ever had any payment issues. Again I hold nothing against the staff or the manager that was there, they were kind of confused as well. This is directed to whom ever calls the shots there. Time is super important to me and I’m a busy guy, seriously. Being I had work and other things to do to sit in that store for like 30-40 minutes just to be told welp 🤷🏾♂️. Bad call on my end, I know. I should’ve been left, but I really did enjoy that place and I wanted to buy from there. We had a good run, but due to their POS system I can’t return. Be mindful of my experience if you’re the type to order and pay online!
