In a landscape of unfriendly and poorly run dispensaries, these folks are a serious treasure. They are always friendly, they are helpful, chill overall and are happy to engage with discussing what you might get instead of banishing you to a screen without any help. They also often have better deals then other local spots. This is incredibly rare, and will keep me coming back for sure. Hats off to you, quality roots team.

Brian gave me great service as usual. He even got me to buy an extra item because I wasn’t aware it was on sale. He does a really great job he goes over and above. I whipped through the line so fast I never had to wait anywhere. When you get to quality ask for Brian. he made me feel so relaxed. I thought I was on a tropical island in paradise lol keep up the good work Brian.

Oh my Goddddddd!!!! 1.) great customer service. To verify you have an order they call you. That’s something I first loved bc I swiped backward and thought I lost my order bc my screen froze. 2.) Jessica?? I love her personality. She sold the whole thing. If I wasn’t on break I would’ve been chatting it up buying everything, but since I was on a time frame I had to go, but the next time I go in I’m genuinely asking them their favorite strains and getting all they suggest. Their knowledge is lowkey the highest I’ve ever seen and heard. I’ve been to a decent handful & I go for vibes and reasonable prices… they had it ALLLLLLL. You guys def ROOTED into this business SMOOTHLYYYYYY!! Glad I have forever buds 🥰 yes I’m fried writing this 3 days after my initial purchase. But that’s how you know they did well when I have to remember to write the review & not only bc I promised but because it was genuinely the best experience I’ve personally had. 😌💫

Quality Roots is hands down one of the best dispensaries around! The staff is always welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean and professional. Matt was super knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Jaycee was also incredibly friendly and made the checkout process smooth and enjoyable. Great service, great products—I'll definitely be back!
