I’m disappointed with the lack of transparency here. Their website lists 14g deals as "popcorn" without explaining that it's the exact same strain/quality as the premium eighths. I ended up buying three separate eighths for $33 each. It wasn't until after I was rung up that the budtender mentioned the popcorn was the same bud. I could have gotten a half-ounce for $87, but instead, I paid more for less. As an inexperienced customer, I expect the staff to help me find the best value, not watch me overpay.
I had a truly wonderful experience at this cannabis store thanks to the exceptional care and attention I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a kind and warm gentleman at the door whose friendly facial expression made me feel instantly welcomed. His presence alone set a positive tone for the entire visit—even though I didn’t catch his name, I noticed and appreciated the genuine hospitality.
The store itself was immaculately clean, easy to navigate, and thoughtfully laid out, which made browsing both stress-free and enjoyable. Everything about the environment felt inviting, organized, and professional.
A special shoutout to Valerie, the associate who assisted me. She was pleasant, incredibly friendly, and impressively knowledgeable. She took the time to explain how to properly store my product (reminding me to keep it in a cool, dark place), which showed not just care, but true expertise. Valerie made me feel completely comfortable asking questions, and her thoughtful recommendation for a Treeworks product for future use was spot-on.
I walked away feeling confident in my purchase, supported in my choices, and genuinely appreciated as a customer. It’s rare to find a retail experience where warmth, professionalism, and integrity are so clearly present from start to finish.

Came in a few days ago and was helped by Zach! He was super helpful and quite funny. The kiosk is not always easy to use but he really made my experience stress free and even helped me find a sale! I will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I sent my son to buy me 2 packs of their Ozone gummies. Out of 20, maybe 8 out of 20 contained cannabis, the rest were just candy. I wrote to complain and not even the courtesy of a reply
Today, 11/14 received a Call from Jimmy , the AGM of Fort Lee who apologized wholeheartedly and is taking care of the situation and alerting their quality control people as to the problem. Was glad to see the situation was totally and resolved with respect.

When I gave the employee at the front my ID to enter, he asked if he could kiss me. I was completely taken off guard, immediately felt uncomfortable. Terrible and disgusting way to talk to a customer. Usually the employees are great here but I was completely disgusted by that interaction, especially from someone who is handling my identification and can see my address.
I left my name and number with management, and also wrote them an email. I still haven't heard back from them and will continue to visit Rise and Breakwater, which have employees who have never asked to kiss me (and have better sales as well).
