Citi Roots Cannabis Dispensary

I’m a 63 year old woman with horrific thoracic endometriosis. My husband and I wandered through the Amish Market and suddenly I was in a pain flare. Not even a little bit funny. I got into the cannabis shop and the young people there totally took care of me. They were familiar with the disease and pulled a great product, “pearls”. I’m so grateful to these kind, compassionate folks. I normally only go to Breakwater but I would go back to this shop any time. Five stars is not enough!! They went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful. May the kindness and compassion you all showed to me come back to you all x 10. Many thanks ✌🏼

Chase and Alan are very awesome people. Was very welcoming and hospitable after a poor experience with the dispensary a couple doors over. And the second time I came back they remembered me and hooked me up with a great deal. Highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here- 15/10! My family and I were in town for a wedding and realized we’d forgotten a few essentials. Alan at Citi Roots truly saved the day! He went above and beyond to help us out and even took the time to share some really interesting info about the products and the industry. I’ve been shopping here for almost 2 years now and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else ! The crew here are like family to me and treat me as such ! Chase the new guy is such a great fit for this place ! Emily and Alan are also some really amazing people! Always looking out and recommending the best stuff for my needs! They care about life not just the sale ! Half the reason I shop here is because of the experience and the people behind the counter are just full of awesomeness. On top of that, they have some of the best local products on the market right now. I am never disappointed in any product I’ve gotten from this store. They really do a good job at curating their menu.
