I usually have a great experience here. Good prices compared to others. But today, it was off... the cashier gave me the wrong price at pick up and then handed me a ton of change, when I had the correct amount of money on me. He never applied any points or bothered to ask. I finally spoke up and nothing happened. Very disappointed in the customer service lately. Give the customer the correct price. Cashier just seemed very lazy and didn't care about the customer.

Grace..... what a lovely being! I was just very needy and on a budget to her and she guided me through on my price range and found exactly what I was looking for. This kind of customer experience is golden. It makes me happy that I come to Nirvana and I hope they appreciate her excellence! ☺️

This place has excellent business practices. Their customer service is top-notch. Liam helped educate me on a product And Grace helped to resolve an issue I had quickly, efficiently, and with a friendly demeanor. I trust the workers at this Dispensary. Grace has been delivering excellent customer service on a continuous basis. I travel out of my way to go through this dispensary because I trust their Products and can rely on their excellent customer service.

This place is so nice! Free smells! Super cool lounge like store. Next time I'm in NJ, I'm definitely coming by. Lovely staff. Talk to you with no anxiety , well duh... hahahaha Bet bet. Anyway, 10/10 recommend Chefs kiss. Merry chrima
