URB’N Dispensary absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The atmosphere is clean, professional, and comfortable, and the level of customer service is truly exceptional. It’s clear they care about both their products and their customers. These guys are wonderful! I am a medical patient and relyed on them quite often to deliver my cannabis. I've never been disappointed. Their selection is the BOMB! And they've never let me down. I moved from jersey to NY and they actually reached out and called me to see how I was doing, they haven't heard from me. I totally miss their services and their excellent brands. Miss ya! Mary.
