My wife loves your products and service! It would be great if you offered a true Military discount, one that would stack on prices, not just the same as sale items.

Always a wait but not nearly as bad as it use to be. The wait use to be terrible terrible, terrible! Prices are okay, I always find better deals at several other shops. I haven’t sat down and done the math but I think this is one of the pricier shops in the state. I’ve been going to this shop less and less. I can’t put my finger on it but I never really liked this shop. Parking is a horror, often have to wait in line, can’t hear a damn thing inside, staff isn’t so friendly anymore, and the vibe is just off. Doesn’t seem like the workers are happy. Oh yes, can’t forget to tell you that if you have to wait outside to get in, it’s like being on stage because everybody and their brother get to stare at you in line while they sit in traffic right in front of the store. I can’t wait for the day when my boss drives by and I’m standing in line.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!....the prices are irate for mid level type marijuana. They DO NOT update inventory online or in the store neither. Im always prepared when I go there as I know what I want. Tonight I go to pick up a product that was shown online. The bartender says they're out of that. 🤔...why have it online then, but okay. So next I look on their in house menu. Say I'll take that. He says we dont have that neither. I then ask, we'll what do you have if anything and why is the product on your menu for purchase if - "out of stock"'- Im getting frustrated at this point and say well what do you have Sativa as you're out of the 3.5 for 34.00. He shows me orange gorilla or whatever for 46.00 for the 3.5(smh)......As I'm already there I say I'll take it. He rings it up and I was gonna pay by card. Can you believe they have a 3.50 surcharge for using a debit card. Final total with taxes 58.00...lmao...I said, Man I dont even want that ish that price is crazy. Never, never, never, ever will I go there again....UPDATE YOUR MENU TO REFLECT CURRRENT INVENTORY. If your OUT OF STOCK then show it as such or remove it from menu. Especially your in store menu. It's highway robbery at this store. The product, across the board is mid level at best. This place will never get a dollar from me again. PERIOD!!!

I am a medical marijuana patient in New Jersey. I have PTSD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and medical marijuana has been helping me with these for years. I have been going to Apothecarium Dispensary in Phillipsburg, NJ, as my Dispensary to pick up my medical marijuana for the past few years. Tonight (12/14), I entered the Apothecarium Dispensary to pickup my medical order. I have been utilizing this location for years without issue for my medical needs. Always pleasant interactions with all staff, except for tonight. In the dozens of times I have gone there to pick up my orders, I have always flashed my medical card to the security guard at the door and then go around the non-patients in line to the desk to pull up my allotment with the desk staff. Tonight, I did just that, and when I told the security guard I was a medical patient, he proceeded to yell at me and begin mocking me and antagonizing me, saying "you think you're special because you have a medical card? You think you have some sort of privilege? How dare you!!" And when I apologized to him and said I had been going there for years and always done the same thing, he said he didn't care and that I wasn't special and continued on mocking me while I silently stood at the desk waiting for the woman to finish pulling up my allotment. The security guard continued to yell and rant behind me about how I think i'm "privileged" because I have a medical card as I was turned around, not even engaging him. Staff also said and did nothing as the security guard was sitting right next to us continuing to yell at and about me and insult me. I have PTSD from being with a violent and aggressive man, and there was literally 0 reason for your security guard to behave this way, other than him just itching to go off on a 125 lb 5'2 woman, so HE can feel like he is special and privileged working as a doorman for a weed shop. Why is someone who is this volatile and aggressive allowed to work with the general public, let alone people with medical conditions? I came here for a simple pickup, and I got the most inhumane and degrading treatment by your staff, TRIGGERING the condition that I'm prescribed medical marijuana for in the first place. I left the shop shaking and in tears due to this experience. To be treated like that by staff while picking up something that is prescribed to me by a doctor for PTSD is beyond disgusting. Had the gentleman just said "hey miss we have to scan your medical card at the door now before you check in at the front desk, new rule" there would have been no issue but he was extremely confrontational and volatile for no reason, was obviously looking for any reason to go off on someone and chose me, and again continued to yell and go on and on about me to other patrons even as I was at the desk waiting for the woman to pull up my allotment in silence, with my back facing him. I asked the woman who did my pickup what was going on as she was getting my order ready, and she apologized to me several times for his behavior, as she could see that I was visibly shaking and upset. She told me there was a "new rule" and that the Dispensary had been having "issues" in the past with patrons not having their ids scanned, which I guess applies to medical patient ids too. Great! If anyone had just let me know that, it would not have been an issue. But instead, I had a grown man aggressively yelling and mocking me while trying to pick up my medical prescription. Imagine going to your pharmacy and being treated this way by the pharmacy staff when you go to pickup your prescription. Such a vile individual working as security at the Phillipsburg Apothecarium. I would hate to have other medical patients with conditions such as PTSD and anxiety also have to deal with this employee's explosivity because he can't appropriately regulate himself. I've reported this to their parent company, TerrAscend, as well as to the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission Medicinal Cannabis program. A warning to others, especially med patients.

I went here yesterday and I’m new to trying this stuff. Had just got out of the dentist office and was in incredible pain from the work they did. Of course they sent me home with nothing. Told the lady at the dispensary counter my issue and she knew exactly what gummy to recommend. I was shocked she understood me as I could barely talk with the pain I was in. Went home, took one and within 45 mins the pain was absolutely melted away. WOW! I wasn’t sure if this was going to work but I am a believer now. Shout out to the team for being so knowledgeable and kind during my time of need.
