Hands down the best dispensary I’ve been to, and it’s not even close. The quality, consistency, and overall experience set this place above all the others. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and actually takes the time to help instead of rushing you out. Product selection is always on point, from top-tier flower to concentrates and edibles, and everything is clearly labeled so you know exactly what you’re getting. Prices are fair, deals are frequent, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Once you shop here, it’s hard to go anywhere else—this dispensary truly sets the standard.

I’m a regular here and wanted to leave a review because some of the recent negative feedback doesn’t really line up with how this place actually operates. Every time I’ve come in, the experience has been solid. The staff is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable — shoutout to Joshua and Franco, who have always been patient and straightforward whenever I’ve had questions. I think a lot of issues people complain about online come down to basic common sense. Cannabis products are sealed for a reason, just like alcohol. You wouldn’t go back to a liquor store trying to return a six-pack because you changed your mind, so expecting returns on sealed cannabis products doesn’t really make sense either. It’s also on the customer to check what they’re buying before leaving — that’s true anywhere. Personally, I’ve never had an issue with quality, freshness, or service here, which is why I keep coming back. Reviews can sometimes exaggerate situations or leave out important context, and I don’t think that’s fair to a place that consistently does things right. This has been a reliable spot for me, and I’d recommend judging it based on your own experience rather than one overblown review. Aka the review under me :)

To add onto my previous review, the other cookies cart that I purchased was NOT what was shown on the label / their website. This place WILL scam you, do not come here for your needs absolutely ridiculous. If I could rate 0/5 stars I would. Don’t be fooled by these AI generated Comments with 5 star ratings. Most likely will not be coming back here so I thought I would share for anyone wanting to try. Products themselves are great (given they aren’t about to expire in a month) customer service however SEVERLY lacking. My third or fourth time here, usually out of my way but I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing and variety offered here. Just took advantage of some of the holiday deals today and left with over 100$ in purchases. I walked to my car sat down and reviewed my purchases. It looks like they gave me one of their oldest products from this brand. For context I purchased a couple Cartridges and I have one to spare so it will last me about a month / cartridge. I did not want a cart that was going to expire in 1.5 months so I got out of my car and walked back in. First of all the guy was very dead and dry with me seemed like he hates working there not a very welcoming environment considering everyone else who was VERY ecstatic about helping people find what they’re looking for. Moving on: explained my situation and he is trying to tell me there nothing he can do once I walk outside of the front doors. I asked him for an exchange for the exact same product just a fresher one, and he refused. This was all in a span of 10 minutes (from when I walked in, made my purchase & sat in my car) It’s just ridiculous because it’s almost like I walked into a trap, realized it, said “hey you guys are giving me a product that’s on the verge of expiration” just to get a spit back in the face. Anyways morale is CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS EXPIRATION DATE (** BEFORE YOU WALK OUTSIDE THEIR DOORS**) (still on their property mind you.)

Bad service. Never coming back. Ohm and canna is down the road. Go there!! I came in looking for an strain they had in stock. The bud tender informed that I could buy the flower but there is no return even if the product is bad. Then proceeded to tell me she wouldn't buy it as its only on sale because its about to go bad. I said wow. Every other business allows you to return if your flower is essentially dust. When asked for a comparable substitute there was no help and I left worst then a came. Stay far away! Employees have no clue what there talking about.

I’ve been to multiple dispensaries in the area, and the Saddle Brook location easily stands out as the best overall experience. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable. Shoutout to Franco, who made the experience even better. He took the time to walk me through options, explain differences between products, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just pushing whatever was on the shelf. That level of customer service goes a long way. Pricing is another major plus. The prices here are very competitive—honestly some of the best in the area—especially for the quality you’re getting. Everything I’ve purchased has been fresh, properly packaged, and exactly as advertised. No issues, no surprises. What really separates this dispensary from others nearby is consistency and professionalism. Every visit has been smooth, straightforward, and worth it. You feel taken care of as a customer, which isn’t something you can say about every place. Highly recommend this dispensary if you’re looking for great prices, quality products, and staff who actually care about the experience. Ask for Franco—you won’t be disappointed.
