So glad I decided to check them out. Customer service was elite (s/o to Mike), store was clean, and the product was gorgeous. Can't wait to get home and try it out.

Terrible customer Service my last purchase was June 2025 tried to run in again today Nov 2025and still a regrettable experience WAITED ON LINE 7 MINS WHILE OTHER REPS SAT IN THE BACK. WE KNOW YOUR CAMERAS ALLOW YOU TO SEE THE LINE AT THE REGISTER. EVERY OTHER POOR REVIEW SAYS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE SAME TWO TERRIBLE REPS ARE STILL THERE 6 MONTHS LATER. SO TO THE OWNER YOU APOLOGIZE ONLINE TO REVIEWERS BUT OBVIOUSLY DONT GIVE A DAMN AS NO STAFFONG CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE. NO WORRIES ILL TAKE ANOTHER 5 MONTH BREAK FROM YOUR SPOT ✌️

Was in the last 2 days in a row after my wife purchased a cartridge and battery , got home it worked for an hour , went in today to show them and possibly get some help , they replaced battery. It worked for 2 hits.... called them to make aware and I was told "we'll it worked for the 1 hit i took outside" followed by assistant manager saying he will not help further ... I go there at least 2 times a week !!! We'll they just lost a customer and myself and others will take our business to 1 of the 15 competitors in the 10 mile radius . Update : general manager Phil reached out to me and called me into the store. Upon entry I was greeted by Phil and he went above and beyond to make me assured that he will rectify the issue , he offered me comparable items but in the end he gave me a product of more value ... his customer service and politeness was great and got me back as a routine customer
