The place was clean. Service was great. The staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable. The products were great that I chose to purchase.

There is a heavier set lady who's the "manager" with huge hair. Every single time I go in, I use Dutchie pay. Which I love, and is one of the only reasons I drive an hour. The ATM doesn't work for my bank, so I went out of my way to share my bank information to set up dutchie pay. My issue is, why does every other store, every other employee, allows me to use dutchie pay. But she won't. This is now the 3rd time I've driven to this location to be given the run around about why she specifically won't allow me to use wasting hours of my day. AGAIN. I've spend good money there, and to be treated the way she does, is unprofessional and I do not plan on forgoing back to this establishment. I seriously hope that she can be given the proper training on how to operate the POS that you guys advertise for, and customer service is awful. Every other employee has been a pleasure to deal with. That is the most frustrating part. She is flat out rude and not someone you want represent such a know and valued company in ALB.

I’ve been coming here since the place first opened, but today was ridiculous. I showed up 30 minutes after they were supposed to be open, and the door was still locked. An employee even shouted through the door that the new management had locked it, which was honestly unbelievable. Not the kind of service I expect after being a loyal customer.

Oasis has the best everyday prices in New Mexico hands down. Catch them on a sale and score even more. Keep going there, and before you know it, you'll have enough points with their generous reward program to get a puffco peak pro, which is what i was saving for, until I read a couple reviews about the puffco and decided to use them for $100 worth of stuff 2 times and a nice start to a third $100 credit. Every location i go to has been friendly and helpful, some are more friendly, some are more helpful, and some places have staff that seem more knowledgeable than others. Overall though, favorite place to get my medicine. If I had to say anything critical of Oasis, I do have a couple of gripes, but the one I've got the biggest issue with is their hours, which a couple stores have extended to 10pm Fridays and Saturdays. Thank you for that and I hope it leads to the rest of the week and the rest of the stores until 10. Thanks for being here.

I like the oasis dispensaries however I felt like they were trying to trick me and cheat me when I visited this location the other day! I went in, knowing exactly what I wanted so when the sales person started to help me, I asked for the product I wanted specifically by name and pointed directly at it. The sales man grabbed a totally different product brand off of the shelf and decided to show me that instead, it was $30 more expensive than what I wanted, and I was not interested! I'm not interested in a sales pitch, It made my experience feel like trash! I also told him I needed the cheapest pack of rolling papers and he proceeded to pull out a large container of premade rolls that were 20 something dollars! I had to get down there and start asking questions about every single item price since I felt he was trying to deceive me! I did not like the way he made me feel, he did not care what I wanted. He just wanted to make a bigger sale! Totally not customer friendly at all! I felt totally disrespected like he thought I was ignorant enough to fall for that! I started coming to this location because it's not as busy as the other locations but now I can see why! The sales pressure here is crazy! I will continue to go to one of the very busy locations where I have to wait a significant amount of time in order to avoid this guy with his aggressive sales pitch again! Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he is the elderly salesman with white hair. I won't be back because of him!
