This location is just okay… didn’t feel welcomed, but it wasn’t a hostile environment either. Maybe just caught the staff on an off day, so I might try to come back another time.

I went in 2 purchase gummies which I was Supposed to be on a call list for. And of course they were all sold out. I asked why I was not informed about them being available. Liam? then came back with the call list. And there I WAS!!! I inquired what good is ur call list if no one is competent enough to use it. I received blank stares from everyone there. I should have talked to Whomever was in charge. Needless to say, No one tried to assuage my concerns. Considering u longer carry fresh bud, and it is now prepackaged, I will take my business elsewhere! Do Not want to put the blame on Liam, but who in the Hell is running the show there?

Worst customer experience ever! Pot all podded and dry like sand. Skinny guy with mustache is not good at what he is doing, and never again. To add I have been going to that particular store for a couple years and never again. Rudest budtender. I they are overwhelmed get more people that aren't as rude as the skinny guy on Sunday 12-7-25. Name tags would help so I can compliment associates as needed. But not going there anymore. Peace! And the fact that you only "notice" positive reviews is all telling.

Shayna is the lady I met today at this establishment. She provided me excellent service and absolutely took care of my needs not even blinking at all my questions. I was having as a clam when I got home and tried out the selections that Shayna helped me with! If you’re like me and have questions? See her! She’s so knowledgeable! Oh and on the down low… she saved me a ton of money and I didn’t even have to spend 15 minutes on the phone with GEICO!!

Mely is my favorite employee. She's always kind and helpful and patient when I need to analyze what I'm buying. I enjoy the atmosphere at this location. Great deals and good selection. Thank you Mely!
