PurLife Dispensary Eubank & Montgomery

I drive past this dispensary on my way to work, and it’s open early, so they get my business when I need convenience. However, I have to be careful about my choice of flower because many of the options have been sitting in plastic bags for months, getting all dried out. But if I buy a fresh bag (check the “packed on” date) of one of their best strains (such as the super tasty Mystery Mix strain), I’m happy. For some unknown reason, it always takes 2 or 3 employees to sell me some weed, which seems inefficient, although everyone’s friendly. And their online inventory and online prices don’t always match what’s actually in the store. There are 2 other major dispensaries within walking distance of this one, so PurLife should probably step up their game at this location.

Real consideration about my pest control and the appropriate plan to minimize unnecessary costs and what is the big selling point for me. Jacob called in advance to service my property, and was prepared to walk the property and get a better idea of my concerns . Jacob then provided a brief but detailed plan of action before he started treating, focusing on all the points we had identified as potential problems. Customer service center is very easy to communicate with and choosing your appropriate plan for the size of the property. I feel comfortable having Jacob come service the exterior of my property in my absence. Good service with products you can’t acquire at your local hardware store, and is highly recommended.

Jean was such an amazing cashier! I had to leave the store three separate occasions and he was so sweet and kind and understanding. He really took customer service above and beyond. The receptionist upfront was also very sweet. I’m not sure what his name was but that team is very good.

Went in and asked for the 3 pack of packwoods. Got a single blunt & when I went in to fix it(literally less than one minute) ol girl in the front got a little attitude and laughed and said “there’s nothing I can do for you”. Said it wasn’t in their system that they even Stay away from this location-I have never had an issue at any other location. Hope to god she isn’t the manager because that won’t be lasting long! PROMISE THAT MISS GIRL!

Every time I visit the store, Sierra is an absolute delight. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and always makes me feel at ease. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I have an amazing shopping experience.
