MY WIFE HAS NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE, SO WE ASKED WHAT DO THEY GIVE FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS, THE GUY REPLIED CLEARLY SAID, "ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE, YOU CAN GET A PENNY PRE-ROLL"! WE TOLD HIM WE'LL BE RIGHT BACK! WE RAN TO THE BANK, MADE A PIT STOP, AND PULLED RIGHT BACK UP.......I TELL THE GUY WHAT I WANT, AND I NOTICE HIM FROWN, LIKE WHAT? A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GUY THAN WHO TOLD ME ABOUT THE 1ST TIME CUSTOMER DEAL! HE GOT ON THE PHONE CALLED SOMEONE AND THEN TELLS ME........NAW, WE DON'T DO THAT, THAT WAS SOMETHING FROM LAST YEAR! I'M LIKE WHAT, HOLD UP, WHY WOULD THE OTHER GUY TELL ME THAT AND THEN YOU GUYS DON'T HONOR IT, WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'M A VETERAN WITH SEVERE PTSD, ALONG WITH SEVERE ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION DISORDERS! LIKE SERIOUSLY, WHAT IF I WASN'T ON MY MEDS AND FLIPPED OUT, THEN I WOULD BE WRONG, HUH? YALL SHOULD DO BETTER BY YOUR PATIENTS OR GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS, MAKING SUCH EGREGIOUS ACTS! 🤬🤬🤬😡

The flower is excellent, but the bogo two gram disposable hash pen leaked all over . It was good at first, but then it clogged from all the oil in the tmouthpiece.

I bought 5 for $20 pre rolls. This is the second time I have bought from them. I thought the 1 gram I got the first time looked a little bit short. These two pre rolls are both supposed to be 1 gram. They both feel tight but they are not both the same size. The quality is good but the size of the two just don't match. The taste is why I am giving them 3 stars. They taste like top shelf bud.
