Haleigh (hay-lee) was terrific today! I got all my discounts and reward points and by really being the great customer agent that I know she is, she helped me very, very much. She explained my Wisdom Discount, I was thrilled! She was really paying attention and moving at just the right speed. I was in after several holidays and a Wednesday sale, so inventory was smaller. She fixed that by finding another item of my Interest when she went back to get my purchase. Taking time with me was much appreciated. I saw one thing that was a little pricy, so she suggested trying the one pack. Haleigh can upsell me any day. I was happy
