3rd time there and I get ripped off. I get home and there's a stem more like a piece of stock that's an inch long and a quarter inch wide and they told me there's nothing they can do about it. I didn't drive over half hour and spend good money on a product I'm not going get what I'm supposed to. For wanting to keep customers they sure do push them away not giving them a satisfying experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. It's bad enough Pennsylvania is charging patients outrageous prices

Very curtious staff. Staff is very helpful and care about yor needs. Also the store is very clean and has a great atmosphere!! A big thumbs up 👍

Great experience inside the store. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The only problem is that the rosin I got was almost a whole year old and melted. Also looks like it has mold on it, so I can’t use it. For full price :/ anyways, this is a great location for variety, just make sure what your ordering is fresh. Not like I can return it either because I’m 2 1/2 hours away now.

Always a great experience here. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Haven't been there in almost a year, stopped in today after fixing my card and the renovations really are great. It feels more welcoming with the wide open space. No walls separating you from the receptionist is a lot more pleasant, and once you walk in, you're right there at the waiting area and counters which is really refreshing and nice compared to the old layout.
