5 stars all day for Sunnyside Erie! Kevina is an absolute LEGEND—super knowledgeable, zero pressure, but somehow talked me into that solventless Legacy Guava temple ball hash and it was FIRE. She knew exactly what I was looking for and hooked it up. Best dispensary experience I've had in a long time—chill, helpful, and she actually listened. Kevina deserves a raise for sure. My experience at Sunnyside was very pleasant. Upon entry I was greeted by the friendly security personnel and confirmed my order with the assistant at the desk. After entering the establishment, Josh helped me to ensure I had found everything I needed. I was then helped by a friendly and well mannered tender by the name of Kadyn. Both Kadyn and Kevina made sure to get my order out to me in an expeditious manner and I was able to receive my medicine with ease. I appreciate the friendly and inviting atmosphere of this location. It is RARE of me to go to any other dispensary in Erie due to how incredible this location is. Everyone who works here is friendly, knowledgeable, and really knows how to make sure you feel more than welcome. I never feel anxious or guilty asking questions or making changes to my order. Also, Kadyn is a gab rockstar!! Her and I will talk about anything and everything, and she never misses. It has been a LONG time since I’ve had any issues with an order, but I just wanted to make a point on how thorough she is. Everyone here is proof that amazing customer service still exists, and the company needs to share their secrets on finding the most genuine people in the city! Have been too many different dispensaries since I travel for a living but I have to say Sunnyside in Erie is one of my favorite ones to go to when I am in town. Staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable! The security guard up front is always is a happy mood and the staff in the back is also always so happy! The one girl that always helps me I think her name is Jaime and she is great and very patient! I appreciate more than you know!
