Anthony just checked me out as a cashier. But, there was more to my experience than just picking up my order. He asked about how i was going to use the cartridge i bought. That lead to a discussion of other products. We talked about the weather and the impending snowmagedon. I always ask the staff their names so i can talk to them like friends. Anthony joins my list. Thanks again.

THIS ONE STAR HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE EMPLOYEES, it has to do with the corporate changes that occured. The people there are so nice and deserve 100/5 stars! They are awesome! I read all the low star reviews and, dayum, some of the stuff they complain about is just ridiculous. Some of the 1 stars are bogus and show how truly arrogant and awful the general public are. Like, ATM and fees? Dude, tell me what MM store doesn't have that! Also, if you didn't have the deals you want, you probably didn't listen or speak up on what you wanted. Thats a YOU problem, not them! Ask them to check your points. I have never had an employee mislead me, they have always been very transparent about deals, sales, and have notified me of changes to their store. Its a privledge to be able to have this amazing medicine with such helpful and knowledgable staff! They are such a pleasure to visit! The ones that I feel are legit, are about the corporate shift in Zenleaf's system. And that brings me to the two stars, which is all for Zenleaf's CORPORATE body! I was positive thru the points system change, even though it sucked. But, the changes after that are just awful. First of all, what happened to common sense employee safety? PA is still a Medical state. Why would you put a recreational store front set up, in a medical state? and you can see alll the way to the back to the employees and product. All I can think of is how easy of a target this makes the store... especially in that more secluded area. Bring back the frosted windows or have a security guard until it becomes recreational. You are putting everyone at risk with this set up. Next is the PRICES and THE SELECTION! What did you do!?!?! $70 for 7g of Moonboots?!?!?! Moonboots that was half that price for 7g back in Nov, which btw, was last month. Then theres all these other brands that are overpriced and shitty. I went to ZENLEAF because they outranked the competitors in price and selection. I loved that they had their own brands to cut out the middle man and save us money! EDIT: I changed to 1 star because they raised their prices from almost $60 to now almost $70. Price gaugers! Savvy. Verano. These brands are reasonably priced, (Verano a bit more pricey but still great quality) and had a legit, valid regular THC content, which helps with my medical issues. Now they are priced so high, its hard to afford them and, you know, normal things like groceries and gas. Did the price raise happen so you could pull in more low selling stock like Old Pal, Seche or Garcia? You know, Corporate, these are the same brands that are on your competitors shelves that are not moving. You would know this if you listened to your base and checked out your competitors. They are such low hitters with having such low regular THC, that it should qualify as CBD. And, yes, regular THC is important. I find that over 1% helps SO much better. This THCA flower is short lived, the temperature it burns into THC is up in the air and the medicinal effects last so much shorter than having a high amount of regular THC. Does corporate realize that they are selling to people who have a medical problems? Some are on disability, some are working low end jobs, some have severe medical issues that they can only function with this medicine. These are not some bougie Yardley/Kennett Square people who use $100 as napkins. Do you really know your customer base? They are now at the level of Beyond Hello and Liberty, which I have stopped shopping at exactly for those reasons I complained about. I will be finding a new place to go unless their prices come done to a reasonable level. $60 for 7g....$40 for 3.5g...wow, that is coming up to NJ prices which, is sad. You need to lower your prices and stick with more of the quality brands THAT YOU ALREADY HAD. Plus no middle man was beautiful. And, with that, I am finished. I am just a small fish in a large pond and my ripples will probably never reach the higher ups, even though I am in one of their customer base statistics...so sad.
