Due to it being a holiday - I guess rules go out the window. It states specifically in my confirmation email, in bold white "please do not arrive before receiving your pick up email". Placed order at 1:30. Sat in parking lot for 2 hrs since it usually doesn't take too long. Left, figured they were busy. Decided to hit up their chat at 5:15pm. No answer. Called at 5:30pm and was told "oh, we are really busy and not sending out notifications, just come to the door, they'll have it ready for you." I went to explain thats highly unfortunate and not ok, per the email I received. Got rudely cut off by the receptionist to be sent to management. Managemnt cut me off trying to apologize. No, there is no apology. Stick to the rules that are boldly printed for me to follow. Answer your chat since you offer it. Have good business practice. Its not that hard.
