Sometimes things can be a tad slow, but lately they've really picked up the pace this past year and things run pretty smoothly now. ^^ Either way, I don't really mind because the products, workers, and overall aesthetics of the space are all fantastic!

I only come here because they’re the only dispensary that carries a product I like and they offer good bulk deals. But honestly, the way this place operates makes zero sense. They push these big quantity deals like buy 5, 6, 10+ items for major discounts, but then don’t pre pull anything from online orders. So if you actually take advantage of their deals, you end up standing there for 20 - 30 minutes while they run around grabbing everything. It completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering and makes the whole system feel unnecessarily slow and honestly kind of ridiculous. There’s usually only one register open with a large line. Nothing feels efficient or organized, no matter how small or large your order is. On top of that, most dispensaries automatically apply veteran discounts once it’s on your profile. Here, if you don’t remind them, you just won’t get it. Super inconvenient and easy to miss if you’re not paying attention. Good deals, yes. Good products, yes. But the workflow is a mess, and it makes every visit take way longer than it should.
