It’s always pleasant walking in & to have everyone greet you with a smile. The employees are always so quick and efficient with my orders. I personally love having Jj wait on me in the store. His energy just matches mine!

Chris took great care of me! I appreciate the kindness and patience hris showed while he helped me with my order. He also knew exactly what products to recommend when I requested his opinion. The troches were perfect for winding down after work. And the Meow Kush vape was one of the best ive tried. 10/10

the older bald man at the front desk was immediately rude after my card didn't scan correctly. I nicely explained how I renewed everything and just used that same card last week at a different dispensary. He did not wanna hear it and was not a nice person at all. Seemed like he wanted to be rude instead of help me or even attempt to help me. Nobody should ever have to tell someone in customer service or someone who is DEFINITELY old enough to know to be nicer to people.

Stopped in today on my drive through and KP helped me out! There was a little hiccup with my order and she was really chill and friendly about fixing it! Did not have to wait long either. All the staff was super chill and helpful too!

I was at rise in Latrobe pa. It was my first time there. Josh waited on me. He was very knowledgeable and nice. He took the time to explain to me how everything works there. He made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend talking to him. On a side note the gentleman in the front was very nice and helpful and gave me a little tour and tutorial on how to use the kiosk to place an order there if I needed to in the future. I didn't ask him his name though but I wanted to give him a shout out. Thanks again Rise.
