Every time I come in here it’s the best customer service ever. The people are so friendly best dispensary in the area. It’s such a pleasant part of my day being greeted by the workers there, and the snack selection is always s tier

The discounts suck imagine raising the price back up to original price to then discount it back down to the already discounted price like please let me know the point of giving me 50% off to spend the same price on average weed yet i cant use it on any other brand is ridiculous i’m just extremely irritated with this because I don’t experience this at any other dispensary

Today I had the pleasure of walking into Zenleaf Malvern location. I was greeted by Sal at the front desk. The first thing he said to me was great Monday morning. I knew from that point it was going to be a great visit. I had just spent an hour and a half in traffic. Walking in and getting to have a conversation with Sal changed my outlook on the day. I was then greeted by Claire, she took me back and we had a really good conversation while she wrang up my order and also gave me some good tips on the medication and I ended up switching my order because of her advice. Not only is it great to walk into a place that is knowledgeable on their products, but also very very outgoing and pleasant. This is one of the best dispo trips I’ve had and that’s from someone who worked in the industry since 2018 and just got out of the industry so I tend to notice more in the dispos. All in all, it was an amazing visit from beginning to end and I will definitely be back. The sales were also amazing! Have a great day y’all!

10/23/23 Update to my first visit; I was in the area and remembered how much I admired it.. I wasn't disappointed! My budtender, Griffin, couldn't have been more helpful. He selected for me a perfect mix that didn't break the bank! So much gratitude 🙏 The front desk was helpful and welcoming as ever! Wonderful building, lovely people, best prices I've found in PA.
