RISE Medical Cannabis Dispensary Grove City

Billy was incredibly helpful! This is only my second time at a dispensary, and I was guided through steps without feeling pressured or belittled. He was very friendly and personable and I felt safe in the space. The doorman was also very kind and welcoming. All the workers helped to ease my anxiety (part of why I have my med card) and I didn't just feel like a number. I highly recommend this location.

This was my first experience at a RISE medical dispensary, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a calm, professional atmosphere. The staff helped me find products that fit my needs and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. As a first-time patient, I truly appreciated how supportive and informative the entire experience was. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for such a positive introductio to medical cannabis. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend RISE to anyone, especially first-timers. Rachel presented as alert, friendly, and enthusiastic. Maintained eye contact, appeared well groomed, with coherent speech. She used our time to build rapport, reviewed my order, and assisted in navigating the use of my points. Rachel made the overall experience a pleasant one that makes me look forward to stopping again!

Today was my first time ever stepping foot into a dispensary and even though I was very nervous walking into the building, I was very easily put at ease with the gentleman in the front who checked me in, who also was informative and calming as well. I walked into the building and was met by Rachel who took her absolute time with me and really helped me with my choices. She was super knowledgeable and made me feel very good and confident about my choices. I’ve only tried one so far, it’s BURNT TST from the brand RYTHM! I 10/10 recommend! Rachel really lead me in a good direction and I’m so thankful for her!! ☺️
