Best Customer Service and my cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing by the very knowledge staff! I Loved the guy with the cool glasses who checked me in -made me my order and smile! THe check out girl was so funny. I Love my local New Ken Dispensary!! One of the best in Pittsburgh!! GOOD JOB Sunnyside!! A+ 110% Val and Tristen YOU will LOVE them!!

I just wanna say that this is one the best dispensaries I've ever been to. It is my go to choice for anything I need. They always have quality products and a great variety. The people at the New Ken location are why I will always choose to go there for what I need. Huge shout out to Mike and Jamie. They are always wonderful to see and be around and always helpful and welcoming. They deserve a raise in my opinion because they always go above and beyond for me and the other people I've seen in there. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you all for making my experiences fantastic. I love coming there!

Val is always friendly when I go there love when she waits on me. She is amazing! Shannon the manager was amazing handling an angry customer. She kept her cool and didn't give him attitude at all. She was trying to help him out but he didn't want it and walked out. She was amazing as well!
