Great store. Great sales. Great value. Exceptionally great staff. The friendliest people you could meet. With that said first… Cant shop on their completely inaccessible website. It just does not work at all. I like to see inventory because it changes so often and order ahead of time if i can. Inventory on website is not what they have and you cant maneuver through it. Filters don’t work. The same pathetic 21% sativa comes up first when i filter for indica or hybrids. Too much of a guessing game and i know they have lost business because of it. Now they make suggestions… ring up price…then they need to cancel if its not what you’re looking for. I just don’t shop that way. Out of all the options around Philly and Jersey I have to say it is my favorite store. Please please fix your website. This has been going on since you changed the website in August. I will not be shopping there or any Trulieve until you do.

I’ve been going to Trulieve for many years and the products and the staff are amazing at their jobs. I really value staff who can explain the differences between growers and provide detailed info on strain characteristics such as B did today. He took the time to understand my individual patient needs without rushing. Thanks again Trulieve!

Never have I ever… felt so cared for in a dispensary interaction. Visits to Packer are always something to which I look forward with feelings of antici….. pation. Today Tommy and Ronnie really stood out for me. I usually like to walk in well researched, informed, and an online order waiting for me. Today, Ronnie and Tommy gave me the white-glove treatment, shining a strong highlight to a busy-busy, hot day. Ronnie and Tommy listened actively to my needs and filled those completely. I hope they are recognized for such exemplary support and service.
