Cat was wonderful and very attentive! I ordered online and it was ready when I got there, smooth and convenient. Great music while I waited, snacks on the ready and comfy chairs. Cat made sure I was all set and got me super pumped about the loyalty program and app!

I was very very satisfied with everything. From the reception to the receipt. The prices were great. The service was great. There was an irate customer and the staff members handled it very professionally. Dan was very helpful. It was my first time there and they really helped me get as much as I could with what I brought. Store was very clean and well kept as well. If ever in the area again I will definitely be stopping by.

The area feels larger than necessary, which is a missed opportunity—this expansive space could be utilized for additional retail displays or product exhibitions. The actual store itself is exceptionally clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming environment. Staff members working at the front and registers are knowledgeable about products and friendly, providing excellent customer service. I can typically walk in, complete my shopping, and exit quickly, making for a consistently efficient and pleasant experience. The website is user-friendly, allowing me to place orders easily from my computer or mobile device. I would rate it five stars except I'm a bit disappointed by the limited vape selection; it doesn't vary much and tends to feature the same products. Prices are competitive and often equal to or lower than other stores in the area. Frequent sales help save money, making this a cost-effective option. Staff greets me warmly each time, and I've never had to wait in long lines; usually, I wait no longer than five to ten minutes. Parking is ample and free, with a large lot conveniently located just off the boulevard, making accessibility quick and straightforward.

Been a couple of months since I've been here. They have changed the place and made it more pleasant. A very comfortable environment. I was impressed. Ordered online so my product was all ready. Jason called me over and had me ready to go in less than 5 minutes. Jason was very nice and made sure I was good to go. Also the prices were very nice and there was many sales going on that I couldn't pass up. Thank you Zen Leaf.

I absolutely adore the team at Tremont Zen Leaf. From my first visit I was made to feel comfortable. The staff at Tremont are amazing!! They all have excellent knowledge of cannabis and will take time to help you find products that meet your needs. I know when I visit this Zen Leaf I’m going to be greeted warmly. I’m told right away about any specials or new products they’ve gotten in. As I’ve been coming here for a few years I feel like this location is my home base. I enjoy interacting with the staff and if I ever have a question or concern I feel totally comfortable talking to anyone at this location.
