The product is starting to get too expensive to be a better option without insurance assisting cost. I had a vape cart not work for me and because it wasn't within 14 days of purchase I just get to lose that 65$. That doesn't seem right. I'll buy a month supply at a time I will never know in that time frame of its functionality. Uncertain if I wish to continue the alternative medicine route at this rate of cost. I'm sure if another vape cart fails I will be done. That's too much financial loss. I will honestly recommend everyone shop elsewhere for their product. This company does not care one bit about their customers. Do not spend money there.

Always Friendly feel like I'm 2nd family there. Wait time is never really long on sale days it might be a little longer.but there's always a friendly face to say hi to while u wait mayb learn about a new strain while your in line

Highly recommend! The staff are very knowledgeable about the products. Bob I believe his name is and Devin both helped me find the exact products I needed for my needs. They answered all my questions. Very friendly. The atmosphere is calming 😌 ✨️ i really appreciate that you don't feel rushed. You can take your time . I feel that's rare in companies today. The really put the customer first. 👍

Great service always. I have been a customer for about 6 months now and Im always in and out quickly! Very rarely have a wait...but when I do, it's a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Every time I go to this place the people here are very respectful. They try to help you any way they’re able. Very friendly. Only reason it’s not five stars is cause of their selection. Broader options with slightly more reasonable prices would be appreciated. They do have a lot of sales though so that does even it out a bit. Keep it going guys, y’all do a good job.
