it was my first time here and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was even on crutches at the time in a solid cast, and they helped me in and out. I often don’t know what I’m getting, but I relied on her expertise and she got me exactly what I needed

I’ve been a regular patient at Verilife for a long time and have always had positive experiences with the staff. Because of that, I was genuinely surprised and concerned by what I recently observed. While accompanying a friend (also a registered medical patient) during a purchase of Quik troches, we later noticed that the product packaging had a new label placed directly over an older label, with approximately a five-month difference between the dates. The original label was still clearly visible beneath the newer one. Regardless of the explanation, this raises serious concerns in the context of a medical program. Medical cannabis patients rely on accurate labeling for safety, dosing, freshness, and trust. Seeing layered labels with conflicting dates gives the impression that older product may have been repackaged or relabeled, rather than transparently handled. Even if this was done to comply with a regulatory or inventory requirement, the appearance alone undermines patient confidence. Medical patients should never be left questioning whether a product is old, altered, or handled in a way that prioritizes revenue over care. Pennsylvania patients pay significant fees each year to participate in a tightly regulated medical program specifically to prevent situations like this. Transparency is not optional in healthcare — it’s foundational. I’m sharing this not to attack Verilife or its employees, but to ask for clarity, accountability, and higher standards. I would appreciate a clear explanation of: • Why overlapping labels with different dates were used • What safeguards are in place to prevent confusion • How Verilife ensures patients receive properly handled, clearly labeled medication I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed openly, because trust — once questioned — is difficult to rebuild!!!
