Tried doing an online order a couple times. All of them were in the "verifying" prosses. The first one I had it set for to get at about 11am. Then I see that they are opening late at 1130. So I been waiting for hours seeing if it was going to get filled with back orders happening. NOTHING! I tried placing another order and waiting another couple hours for it to be in the "verifying" prosses. So I reached out to customer service only to be ignored. I will never go to this place. I should have went far out of my way to get what I needed.

DONT GO HERE. My first visit was excellent, the staff were very nice. However, my 2nd visit I did drive through. They didn’t give me my $20 change or the 2nd visit discount. When I called to inquire, they were very rude and said I needed to drive back and get my change and correct discounts. No apologies for the inconvenience or human empathy in general. This was the manager too. Extremely poorly run establishment, which is a shame because I drove all the way from Bloomsburg to start coming here. Absolutely ZERO customer service. Enjoy my $20

Nice, polite staff!! Had no problem with a return of a faulty product. Anyone who has had issues with a product knows it can be a hassle at some dispensaries. Thank you again to the staff at the Shamokin Dam store!
