This place kills me. I was charged 2 times for the same order and didn't notice immediately. I go the next day to have this resolved and they tell me it's a 3rd party that handles that and they'd look into. It's been 5 days and was charged over $150. This is insane with the lack of urgency. Update, double charged the 18th and it's the 31st. Absolutely 0 care or urgency by them, called many times and always the same excuse. I can't handle it, it's a manager thing. Another update, got bank statements and emailed them like they asked and still nothing, not even a reply. Final update, took over a month but finally got reimbursed.
