Absolutely love The Apothecarium! They always have amazing sales and a huge selection, so there’s never a bad visit. The store is spotless, welcoming, and has a great vibe. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond every time. Customer service is top-tier and makes the whole experience even better. Easily one of the best dispensaries around—highly recommend!

Came in the store yesterday and the lady at the front seat was very hyperactive screaming for me to have a seat then she even attempted to follow me out the door. Today I have been calling for a manager and she just keeps hanging up or pretending to transfer the call. Now there’s prompts to go through on the phone she has it set up to go directly to her. Maybe the job has a rehabilitation treatment center she can accept for free or covered by insurance she seems like a nice person just very unstable and seems to be chasing long time customers away including myself.

I got turned down at the door at 740 bc they said that "We're are capacity come back tomorrow" they are open till 8. I asked it I could wait till someone left bc I have a online order I work in Delaware county and can't get here till 7pm at minimum. She said "NOPE" come back tomorrow. I will save your order. I put a online order in on Monday for Tuesday and double checked dates, got a confirmation in text and email. Then Tuesday "today" I get a email saying ordered canceled. Put new order in but was denied at door. I understand it's close to closing but 20 mins is a while not to mention tomorrow Christmas eve, they close early and I have work so no way I could make it back up. Went down to TruLeaf 2 miles down the road got there at 752 they close at 8pm also and they were packed but they let me in no issues. I was really disappointed at her. I called as I was sitting in parking lot at the same time watched 2 people walk out, one walk in. I told her not to worry about saving my online order that I will go down the street. " OK " Then she hung up. It's alright though I got stuff $32 cheaper then them. My opinion they should have a separate area for people with online orders then people going in and taking 25 mins to talk to a Bud Tender or whatever they are called, taking up space for the people that are in and out. They shouldn't be aloud back till the put a order in, in the waiting room. That's just my opinion it will not happen so just go to TruLeaf and they will let you in even at 759 if you have a online order, even if 20 people in there. I was using them when I could but I am done. I don't have the time to waste going there within 30mins of them closing to get told there's too many people in there to come back tomorrow. Then have to worry if I am going to make it to TruLeaf in time. Wanted to add to this. Put an order in for third time in a row went up there in the morning and was told they were filled. Sat outside for 10 minutes sat in the waiting room for a half hour. While about six people did not have online orders sitting in there asking question. It should have a different area for the people that don't have online orders that want to ask questions as opposed to the people that need to get in and out. Then you get talked to like they're controlling you like. It's up to them what they want to do. Some of the people power trips if you ask me.

Do not use this dispensary There’s another dispensary or two minute walk away. The ordering at this location is done by corporate so nobody who’s in the store is responsible for ordering. The products are awful. Anytime they get good product. It sells out immediately. You won’t have the opportunity to buy it. And worse is the service. You’ll be standing outside for anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. If anybody comes in and starts a problem, good luck there is no on-site security. The network is atrocious, Pennsylvania has some funky laws regarding how dispensaries can accept payment but at this location, the systems are often down. Some kind of scheme to increase their cash taking, but there are no nearby ATMs so it’s incredibly inconvenient for the customer. I like the people that work here, but corporate has decimated any ability for them to provide good service. I spoke to the manager this morning and promised her that I would never step foot in the store again. She had nothing to say to me other than “I hope you leave a review and let corporate know, as they do not listen to us.” After that interaction, I went and completed my purchase. The manager came out and she looked like she had been crying and I said to her before I left. Keep your head up it’s not your fault that Apothecarium as a company has let you down. Its a shame because this location used to be fantastic but they tried to cut costs and ended up cutting some necessities. It could easily be fixed with better ordering and more stable network so payment availability isn’t constantly changing. Buyer beware - take care shopping at this location. All the product is extremely old. 12+ months

Go to Trulieve right down the street if you want great customer service and to interact with knowledgeable adult employees. Night and day difference between the quality of service. The products/prices are essentially the same at all of these dispensaries. The employees at this dispensary are downright ghouls and mostly children, so if that's your thing you might enjoy it. I apologize to the good eggs who provided great service over the years!
