Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Washington

Excellent dispensary with extremely friendly staff and a massive selection to choose from. Prices are better if you're buying multiple items. I just don't always need 3-6 of something to get the best deal possible, so that can be a bit of a bummer if you only want a couple of things. But other than that, I'm grateful to have Sunnyside in town and love how professional and friendly everyone there is!

After discussing with the management team, I am very pleased with the outcome. It was a bummer to have such a bad experience at what I consider the best dispensary in the area, so I'm glad we were able to come to a workable solution. I credit the staff for reaching out to corporate to make things right. This actually confirms my old five star review. Thanks guys! You guys rule at that store!

if i could give 0 i would. i placed a kiosk order yesterday for a 2g cart. i received a 28 gram bag of flower. i didnt open the bag until today and then i saw the name was wrong on it. i was honest and i called and told them the issue. the guy on the phone said i could come in with the wrong item and exchange for the item i was supposed to receive. when i got there, they tried telling me that there was a second product in the bag (a 1g cart) when they “reviewed the cameras” there was NEVER a second product in the bag. i felt so crazy i went back home and double, triple checked the back seat of my car thinking maybe the cart fell out of the bag. the manager also fought with me about it being a 14g or 28g bag. fyi i have a picture it was 1000% 28g. so if im being lied to about how much was in the bag, its hard for me to believe any cameras were actually even checked. when i went in there crying the second time the front desk guy was handing me tissues as i fought with the manager about whether there was another cart in the bag. so 100/10 for the employees there.. cant even give a review on the managers they are so bad and arrogant. the one i talked to on the phone wouldnt even speak to me when i got there. will never be back again and feel so bad for the employees that have to work under those managers. im out $59 and a cart i never recieved. edit: i recieved a call that they were wrong and thats not what the cameras show. i appreciate the honesty when it couldve been swiped under the rug. will still be returning bc its my favorite dispensary which is why i was so disappointed. thank you guys for owning up to the mistake.

Absolutely amazing experience! Haylee checked me in she is just so sweet and kind when you come through the door and ready to lend a helping hand. John handle my sale and I just love how knowledgeable he was regarding each product and the weed industry itself. I always love having conversations him when I go in!
