The staff here at the front desk and in the back are excellent. They are kind and and always friendly. Beyond/Hello has a huge selection of products from flower to vapes to edibles to creams (my favorite for neuropathy and arthritis), and so much more. They have great prices and discounts all the time. I love going here because the staff is so friendly. It is handicapped accessible for those in wheelchairs. You can also pre-order on the app and use the pick-up lane outside. I always like to be face to face though so I can purchase the correct items. Thank you to the staff at B/H for being awesome. I highly recommend this establishment.

My wife and I recently visited your dispensary on Saturday 9/13/25 at about 5:pm. The Lady at the front desk was very rude, dismissive and even rolled her eyes at my wife over a simple question. With so many dispensaries around nowadays, I don’t think we will have to go back there again. I expect a very welcoming atmosphere at the dispensary. This was not that.

I’ve been coming here for several years and have always had great experiences with the staff, specifically Patrick and Carly. It means so much to me that they have remembered personal details to make my experience more memorable!
