Trulieve Medical Marijuana Dispensary York

The new menu layout is HORRIBLE. It's so bad that I don't even bother looking at trulieves menu anymore and just go to RISE instead. Stupid and terrible decision to ruin the menu when the previous version was fine.

The slowest dispensary in all of York. Prepare to wait 20 mins or better. If you have more then one item in basket plan to be here awhile. Organic and rise are way way faster.

First time there yesterday nice spot like how in closed it is. The deals was cool definitely going back Khalifa Friday I think is what they called it lol

This is a tough one, honestly. The staff at this Trulieve are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my points and the manager worked with me to use them that day and fix my account for future transactions which I really appreciated! I think the mixed review really comes down to their wait times. Compared to other dispensaries in the area, they’re very very slow. It is truly a risk to try to come here on your lunch break. You might be in and out in 5 minutes, but it also may take a half hour to 45 minutes depending on what staff they have available. It seems they usually have 2 budtenders working at a time which would be fine for say 2 PM on a Tuesday but at 5:30 on a Friday evening can lead to issues. If there’s a patient with lots of questions, they’re down to one budtender for the foreseeable future. I’ve never had issues with them running out of product, their point system is relatively easy to use and accumulates quickly (but beware if you’ve signed up previously in Maryland as your account will not work in PA and they’ll have to delete your old account and make you a new one.) Overall, I like this dispensary and will continue shopping there for sure, but there’s definitely areas that could use improvement, whether that means hiring more staff or rethinking the way they handle the flow of customers, I think this dispensary could be 5 stars if they made a change or 2.

Manager spoke with me about types of Rosin & consistency of the product I was purchasing along with strain effects. She was very helpful & knowledgeable on Rosin types. I was glad it was a slower time when I visited the store, honestly I could of talked for longer about Rosin forms & consistency, thanks alot to manager & crew helping me out! Also got a great deal!
