I was belittled buy the woman who works there, and then hung up on. Then got a phone call back and they couldn't even fulfill my order. I had called once last week but because of the 4th of July holiday assumed not to hear from them till early this week. Then I had to call back again on Wednesday of this week and then again had to call back today. Finally I contact the Cannabis control board because there was no response and the Cannabis control board had them contact me. The woman who works there is extremely sensitive to my tone of voice and that's why she hung up. She had a man call back who I dealt with before but when answering the phone I heard her him tell her very clearly "I'm going to kill her with kindness" he did not! I don't really understand the difference between medical stores and recreational stores other than that I found the people at Medical stores to be extremely unhelpful and the people at recreational stores to be extremely helpful. The only bonus I found with my medical card is that I don't have to pay a lot of taxes but when you can't get the medication the amount of taxes you have to pay doesn't matter. I find it very concerning that any of us are being discussed poorly for no reason other than the person we are talking to doesn't seem to understand our situation. I know no one is going to stop going here but I would suggest to everyone to start getting these medical facilities back on track with the concept the customer / patient is always right because what they're doing to the psychiatric patience is disgusting

Yet another Vermont dispensary that is medical only? Being a disabled veteran who's doctor is not allowed to give me my medical card really sucks. Pretty much forcing a potential customer, who spends no less than 6 to 8 hundred a month on cannabis products, to stay with the local black market dealers who also offer high quality for a fraction of the price here anyways. Vermont has set everyone up to fail all around...

I definitely agree everyone is so VERY HELPFUL and so accommodating to your needs and schedule definitely a huge help with delivery as no longer able to drive. Any questions they will help get your answers if they don’t know it. Love each and everyone.

Very friendly people and they are very helpful. The quality of the product is excellent and there is such a variety. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the rosin is a bit pricey. I am so glad that i switched back to grassroots.

Great product! Very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. I had given them a 5 star review, but I'm currently decreasing my rating to 4 stars. The reason for this is the lack of product. They frequently run out of certain products because they are currently unable to meet the demand. This is most likely due to the 150+ new patients they gained in the past few months.
