I will leave this posted for a little while to make sure anyone who reads these understands reviews like this matter, and there is always room for compromise and civility. Thank you Stephanie. ----------------------- PREVIOUS REVIEW ---------------------- My opinion of Kanacare has gone downhill in the last few months. Today was just another example of why I shouldn't even bother with that place ever again. It's Tuesday, It's Wheel Day, but not if the item is already on sale. Apparently the rules are posted about 12 feet off the ground on a display by the ceiling. And there isn't even a chance to spin and disregard the fact that the sale price might be worse than the wheel prize. And the fact that none of this is posted on the website made the 25 minute drive, each way, a total waste of time. What, exactly is the point of having a fun activity for the CUSTOMER if it isn't ever fun? All you did today was piss off a customer with stupid, and unclear, rules. Good for you, whoever you were, you made my day by completely ruining the usually positive experience of walking out of your store. Now I have another reason to stay away from that wasted opportunity and misery. I cannot understand why stores do these kinds of activities and then limit the living daylights out of the process. I am not saying never go there, what I am saying is don't get any kind of hope or expectations if you do, because you may get disappointed....AGAIN!

My wife and I stopped in the store on a Sunday. We were greeted once we entered the establishment. We gave our medical cards to the employee along with our drivers licenses. She was very polite and got us registered to go in. She then went in with us to take our order. She was knowledgeable about the products available. We got to meet the manager Matt. He was very passionate about how medical marijuana can help individuals. His employees demonstrated this same passion. It was a wonderful experience. This is why we rated them a 5 star establishment. The young lady that waited on us was Victoria. Will definitely return when it is time to replenish.
