Great place. Very helpful employees. I asked what is the smoothest flower you have, as I’ve been a cigarette smoker for 50 years and cough with most flower. He not only gave me his opinion, but was courteous. The flower he spoke about is now the only flower I use. Wonderful people.

I’ve visited this location 30+ times this year and have never had an issue—I actually go out of my way to shop here. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing. I was given attitude after questioning the price of a Puffco chamber. The budtender insisted the price was set by Puffco, which is incorrect. The chamber is typically $100 and currently $75 on Puffco’s own site, while this store was asking $125. The interaction became uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, she argued my total at checkout and was off by $125, blaming the display. The lack of professionalism and basic accuracy ultimately caused me to cut my visit short. I’ve always had good experiences here, but the service from this employee today was unacceptable.

I ordered online. Then I called and the male told me he was filling the order as we spoke. But by the time I got the email and showed up. They didn't have what I ordered. Didn't tell over the phone or email!! Not wel, for my first time. But lucky me the sweet girl at the window. Know her job. Said she been there 2 hrs. So she made it right. She the second reason I might go back. Do better please 🙏

I have been going to this location for months, and for months I have been watching it going down the drain, the staff has become worse and worse. With the exception of 2 employee's, They do not Care!! Today I had an issue with a product, it was wrong on the website, and the "manager" acted like doing her job was a burden. Freddy and Jessica are amazing, the rest could could learn from them.

This place... it's my go to. If you can, ask for Tie Dye Kyle, he'll set you straight. And be sure to call him that, he wants that name to stick like some good bud. But really, these people care. They listen to what you need, have perfect suggestions and the best attitudes. 10 stars, would gladly travel back across the country to shop here again.
